TO APPLY FOR A CLASS
- Review Classes under Class Descriptions to determine which class is appropriate for your dog.
- Check the Class Calendar for the next available class starting date.
- Click the TRAINING APPLICATION bar to complete your application. Payment must accompany your application and your application will not be accepted without payment.
- The Training Coordinator will confirm, by email, your space in class.
- No new application is needed if you are moving immediately from one PDTC class to another. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, your dog’s name and the class requested, together with the appropriate fee.
RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATION
No dogs may train (beyond Puppy K) without a Rabies Vaccination Certification being on file with PDTC.
If you apply for Beginners, you have two options:
- If your dog is vaccinated, you should complete the Rabies Vaccination information contained in the Application.
- If your dog is not yet vaccinated, when your dog is vaccinated, you should return to the Class Registration tab and complete the Rabies Vaccination Certificate.
If you apply for a class beyond Beginners for the first time with PDTC, you will need to complete the Rabies Vaccination information contained in the Training Application.
TO PAY FOR A CLASS
- PDTC accepts PayPal payments. You need not have a PayPal account. PayPal fees are incurred.
- PDTC also accepts payments through Zelle on your online bank account. Payments should be sent to email@example.com. No fees are incurred.
YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH PDTC is $210.00 (with PayPal fee $215.00).
YOUR SUBSEQUENT CLASSES WITH PDTC are $180.00 (with PayPal fee $185.00).
- Before classes begin, you will receive a full refund of the class fee minus a $25.00 processing fee.
- After classes begin, you will not receive a refund.
MEMBER CLASS FEES
Beginners – $50.00 (with PayPal fee $52.00)
Intermediate – $50.00 (with PayPal fee $52.00)
YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE TRAINING COORDINATOR RECEIVES BOTH YOUR APPLICATION AND YOUR CORRECT PAYMENT. WHEN COMPLETE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THE TRAINING COORDINATOR.
