To register for a class, download the Student Profile and the appropriate application form for your desired class. Print these, fill them out, and mail them with your payment to our registrar:

The correct fee, payable to "Philadelphia Dog Training Club, Inc." must be included with the application form.

If you are already a member, you do not need to fill out a registration form to take a class.
