Member Training Registration

TO APPLY FOR A CLASS

Complete your application by clicking on the MEMBER TRAINING APPLICATION bar and submit it to the Training Coordinator.

The Training Coordinator will notify you if the class is appropriate for your dog.

No new application is needed if you are moving from one class to another with the the same instructor.

      • You attended Puppy K with Carol Houton and are applying for Carol’s beginner class, or
      • You completed Beginners with Loretta Cleveland and are applying for Loretta’s Intermediate or Advanced class.

TO PAY FOR A CLASS

Do not pay until the Training Coordinator confirms that the class requested is available and appropriate for your dog. Once the Training Coordinator approves your application, you will be instructed to submit your payment. 

HOW CAN I PAY?

  • PDTC accepts PayPal payments. You need not have a PayPal account. PayPal fees are incurred.

  • PDTC also accepts payments through Zelle on your online bank account. Payments should be sent to pdtcinc@gmail.com. No fees are incurred.

CLASS FEES

Beginners – $50.00 (with PayPal fee $52.00) 

Intermediate – $50.00 (with PayPal fee $52.00) 

Member Training Fee

YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE TRAINING COORDINATOR RECEIVES BOTH YOUR APPLICATION AND YOUR CORRECT PAYMENT. WHEN COMPLETE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM THE TRAINING COORDINATOR.
